It was great for one of our Orcades Tow Masters’ to be part of the highly successful operation on board the new Orkney Harbours tug “Thor of Scapa”, during the tow out and connection of the Magallanes Renovables Tidal Energy Converter “ATIR” onto moorings at the EMEC test site in the Fall of Warness in Orkney. The Leask Marine team carried out a slick and highly professional operation using their multi-cat “C-Odyssey” and support vessel “C-Spartan”.
