We are pleased to announce that we have signed an agreement with Mr Thomas Verghese to represent our business development interests in India. Mr Verghese is based in Mumbai and has a long and distinguished career in the shipping, ports and the logistics industry. He established his family owned enterprise, TOMS Shipping & Logistics Pvt. Ltd in 2011, providing logistics support to overseas freight forwarders and also Ship Agency services in the Ports of Nhava Sheva and Mumbai. Previously he worked promoting Free Trade Wharehousing and in a leading Shipping Agency having come ashore in 1995 after 20 years as an officer at sea.

He is the Co Chairman of the Indian Merchant Chambers’ (India’s 108 year old premier Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Navi Mumbai Committee and Member of the Shipping and Logistics Committee nominated to represent IMC in the Customs House of Nhava Sheva and Mumbai.
