Our Operations Director Alexandra Thomson has successfully coded her first vessel “Gold Rush” as an SCMS Code Examiner – this included the change over of Certification Authority to the Society of Consulting Marine Engineers and Ship Surveyors (SCMS) and all relevant inspection criteria carried out. The SCMS is approved by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency as a Certifiying Authority for vessels coded to the MCA’s Small Craft Codes for vessels under 24m.
